He was key member of team involved in negotiations, formulation of terms of agreements and  completion of process of acquisition of an Iron Plant in Oman, acquisition of coal mine in Botswana and iron mine in Cameroon. He also successfully strategized, handled, managed and defended arbitration case involving claim of more than US$ 18 Million before ICC, London in relation an Oman Plant and successfully defended claim of US$ 70 Million before LCIA and similar international arbitration matters. He has also been instrumental in number of celebrated litigations in India uptill Supreme Court and have been guiding companies HNIs, MNCs and Indian companies in mergers and acquisition matters.
